Exercise Amigos – Bootcamp
Days:
 Tuesdays 5.45pm – 6.35pm

  • Take place in the beautiful open air
  • Open to all
  • Be ready to start on time
  • If it’s raining you may want to bring an exercise mat
  • Wear comfortable clothing, suitable for the weather, and trainers

General format of sessions:

The emphasis is on getting fit and enjoying yourself.

  • Cardio warm up
  • Dynamic warm up
  • Dynamic exercises
  • Exercise activity
  • Abs session
  • Cool down and stretch

All levels welcome – don’t worry if you’ve never done bootcamp before, we’ll make sure you are well looked after!
